getCustomer
Look up one customer on this account before sending a quote.
Pass id, email, or phone. Email is matched exactly, ignoring case
and spaces. Phone matches the last 10 digits, so +1 (562) 555-1234 and
562-555-1234 are the same number. Email wins when both are sent.
Uses the API key (x-uid), not the quote intake key. Returns null when
nobody matches. Send the returned id as customerId on
POST /public/quote-requests to skip matching.
